M-1979-045 Church Pit <br /> accumulated since the last pumping 2 days prior to the photo. <br /> The pump runs every 2 day or as needed to return the water to <br /> the pond since the loss affects the ability of Burnco to wash <br /> gravel. Since this water is purchased any loss from <br /> evaporation off the seepage only affects the owner of the <br /> water. All attempts are made to removed stormwater from the <br /> pit within 72 hours of the storm event . <br /> CA#2 - Trash & Waste - Clean up area around supply storage <br /> trailers . <br /> Response: <br /> Ail trash and waste has been removed leaving only scrap iron <br /> and parts used for maintenance of equipment . The waste was <br /> haul to the local land fill and disposed of properly. <br /> CA#3 - Improper Fuel Storage —Removed obsolete tanks and dirt <br /> berms and clean spilled areas . <br /> Response: <br /> The obsolete fuel tanks have been removed and the contaminated <br /> dirt was removed and disposed of properly at a local land fill <br /> approved for disposal of the contaminated dirt . The area was <br /> cleaned, and resurfaced with recycled crushed asphalt.
