Alameda Parkway <br />Aurora, CO 80012 <br /> <br />RE: Superior S&G Pit - File No. M-1979-189, <br /> Surety Release Request Application (SL -1) <br /> Full/Final Release <br /> <br />Dear Brooke Bell: <br /> <br />On April 20, 2023, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety received your 112c Construction <br />Materials Reclamation Permit Surety Release Request application for the Superior S&G Pit, which is <br />located in Arapahoe County. Preliminary review of the information received determined that the following <br />additional information must be received before the Division can consider y our application complete and <br />technical review can begin. Thus, your application is incomplete for the purposes of filing as of April 20, <br />2023. <br /> <br />Missing contact information for all owners of affected land. <br /> <br />You have thirty (30) days from April 20, 2023 to submit all necessary documents that the Division needs for <br />the application to be considered filed.
