<br /> <br />23 - Prior to affecting the 25.4 acres located in the L pit and 4 acres near the J Pit as per the areas <br />of interest shown on Map M45 “Cultural Resources Surveys Conducted on and Adjacent to the <br />Trapper Mine”, submitted as a revised map with th is permitting action on 5 April 2023, TMI must <br />submit the following: <br /> <br />1. A minor revision that includes the results of a cultural resources inventory conducted on the <br />25.4 acres located in the L pit and the 4 acres near the J Pit area as shown on permit map M45. <br />These cultural survey results shall be submitted from the cultural resources specialist who <br />conducted the inventory in the form of a full inventory report or a statement of findings. The <br />inventory must be a class III cultural resource inve ntory completed by a cultural resource <br />specialist who meets the Secretary of Interior’s Standards. The results must indicate if any <br />cultural and historic resources listed or eligible to be listed on the National Register of Historic <br />Places and any significant known archaeological sites were identified during the inventory per <br />Rule 2.04.4. If any are identified, TMI must revise the permit to include the required information <br />to satisfy Rule 2.05.6(4) prior to affecting this area. If no resource s are identified, once the minor <br />revision is approved and issued, TMI could proceed to affect this area. <br /> <br />2. If the minor revision discussed above only included a statement of findings describing the <br />results of the inventory, TMI shall submit a separate minor revision that includes the full detailed <br />inventory report prepared by the cultural resource specialist. <br /> <br /> <br />
