(IHCS) has received the Division's Construction Material Special (111) Operation <br /> Reclamation Permit Application Package Adequacy Review letter dated April 10, 2023. Below are <br /> the comments and the corresponding responses that we have provided to address the comments. <br /> 1. Mine plan question 6b describes the newly created access road. Per Rule 6.3.3(g) please <br /> provide the dimensions (the width and length) of the new access road. <br /> Response: The dimensions of the new access road are 20'wide by 1150'long. <br /> 2. Will any on site processing of mined material occur within the proposed permit boundary? <br /> Rule 6.3.3(e) and (m). <br /> Response: There will not be any on site processing. <br /> 3. Will fuel or other hydrocarbons be stored on site? If so, please provide a list of types and <br /> anticipated max quantities stored on site at any given time. Describe containment <br /> measures and commit to Rule 3.1.13 regarding spills reporting. Also locate the storage <br /> location(s) on the Mine Plan Map per Rule 6.3.3(e) <br /> Response: No fuel storage or other hydrocarbon storage will occur at the site. <br /> The machinery at the site will be maintained using mobile fuel and lubrication <br /> services as needed at this location. <br /> 4. Per Rule 6.3.3(p) will explosives be used in conjunction with the mining or reclamation <br /> operation? <br /> Response: No explosives will be used at the site for mining or reclamation <br /> operations. <br /> 5. Clarify for the reclamation plan that of the 9.07 ac permit, only 7.3 acres will required <br /> topsoil and seeding.
