(formerly Scott Contracting, inc.) currently has a pending application <br /> with the Colorado Division of Mining, Reclamation and Safety (DRMS) for a permit to <br /> conduct gravel extraction operations at the property located on State Highway 13, 17 <br /> miles north of Rifle, Colorado. DBMS requires we obtain structure agreements from <br /> owners of any permanent man-made structures contained on the area of affected land <br /> and/or within two hundred (200) feet of the affected mining land parcel. If our <br /> application is approved, and in the unlikely event that our operations damages any <br /> structures on neighboring properties, this agreement requires IHC Scott, Inc. to <br /> compensate the neighboring landowner for any damage.
