The <br /> inspection was conducted, and the report prepared by me, Robin Reilley of the DRMS. The <br /> weather was clear with temperatures hovering around 24 degrees F. The ground was snow <br /> covered and the site inaccessible. <br /> PERMITTING ACTIONS: <br /> MAINTENANCE ITEMS <br /> INSPECTION <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> Reclamation has been completed at the site. Due to snow, the site was accessible at the time of <br /> inspection. <br /> SIGNS and MARKERS Rule 4.02 <br /> o The mine site identification sign observed at the mine access point off the county road appeared <br /> intact from a distance. <br /> ROADS Rule 4.03 <br /> Construction 4.031(3), 4.03.2(3); Drainage 4.031(4), 4.03.2(4); Surfacing and Maintenance <br /> 4.03.1(5) and(6) 4.03.2(5) and(6). <br /> o Roads in and through the site were inaccessible due to significant snow and as they are <br /> not plowed in winter. <br /> INSPECTIONS S.02;Availability of Records <br /> Permit documents were not inspected. <br /> DOCUMENTS RECEIVED <br /> None <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 7 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 3 <br /> Page 2 of 4 <br />
