The inspection was conducted and the report and photos prepared by me, <br /> Robin Reilley of the DRMS. The temperature was approximately 25 degrees F. There was a <br /> light breeze and conditions consisted of a low cloud ceiling. <br /> PERMITTING ACTIONS in PROGRESS: <br /> MAINTENANCE ITEMS <br /> MAINTENANCE ITEMS ADDRESSED <br /> INSPECTION <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> Reclamation is halted for the winter months and will resume in the spring. Facilities have been <br /> removed throughout the site and most reclamation has been completed except for seeding and <br /> topsoil at the 5A Portal. <br /> SIGNS and MARKERS Rule 4.02 <br /> o The mine site identification signs observed at mine access points were intact, displaying <br /> all required information: mine name, operator name, address, phone number, DRMS <br /> permit number and contact information. <br /> ROADS Rule 4.03 <br /> Construction 4.03.1(3)14.03.2(3);Drainage 4.031(4)14.03.2(4); Surfacing and Maintenance <br /> 4.03.1(5) and(6)14.03.2(5) and(6);Reclamation 4.03.1(7) 14.03.2(7) <br /> o The Haul Road at the entrance off State Highway 13 was snow covered and impassable. <br /> The site was inaccessible. <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 7 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 3 <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
