Compliance With Mine Plan NA - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> NA - Other NA - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> NA -Processing Waste NA -Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This was a partial inspection of the Seneca IIW Mine, C1982057, operated by Seneca Property LLC. The <br /> inspection was conducted, images analyzed and the report prepared by me, Robin Reilley of the DRMS. It was a <br /> cloudy day with some wind. Temperatures hovered around 24 degrees F. Snow blanketed the site and <br /> roads into the site are not plowed, making the site inaccessible. <br /> O UTSTANDING MAINTENANCE ITEMS: <br /> INSPECTION: <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> Reclamation is complete and executed as permitted. Approximately 106.2 acres of Phase I released acres remain <br /> for bond release. These acres comprise the main haul road, Pond 6 and the slide area above; Ponds 15 and 16 and <br /> slide area on the east side of the site. Year nine vegetation sampling of the above mentioned areas occurred in <br /> August 2022. The site was inaccessible due to snow. <br /> SIGNS and MARKERS Rule 4.02 <br /> o The mine site identification sign observed at the mine access point off the County Road was <br /> intact, displaying all required information: mine name, operator name, address, phone number, <br /> DRMS permit number and contact information. <br /> ROADS Rule 4.03 <br /> Construction 4.03.1(3), 4.03.2(3); Drainage 4.03.1(4), 4.03.2(4); Surfacing and Maintenance 4.03.1(5) and(6) <br /> 4.03.2(5) and(6). <br /> o Roads were impassable due to snow. <br /> INSPECTION, ENFORCEMENT and CIVIL PENALTIES RULE 5 <br /> Inspections 5.02;Availability of Records <br /> Permit documents were not inspected. <br /> DOCUMENTS RECEIVED <br /> None <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 7 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 3 <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
