Property lease <br /> This Farmland Property Lease(this "Lease") dated this '7 lk' day of February <br /> 2023. (thereinafter referred to as the "Lease"). by and between A&S Construction Co. <br /> ("Lesser`"). whose address is 839 Mackenzie Ave. Canon City. CO 81212. and Olis <br /> Lauppe',and Susan Lauppe, whose address is 21209 29 RD. Fowler, KS 67844. <br /> Recitals <br /> In consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars (S 10) paid by the Lessee to Lessor. the <br /> receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged by lessor. and on and subject to <br /> the ternts and conditions provided in this Lease. Lessor herehy leases. lets and demises to <br /> the Lessee as defined herein. in. on and under the following described real property <br /> situate in Lincoln County. Colorado with a legal description as follows: <br /> SF. .
