Scott <br /> <br />RE: Arnusch Gravel Pit 3 - File No. M-1981-287, Nikolaus Arnusch <br /> Permit Conversion Application (CN-1) <br /> 110c to 112c Permit Conversion <br /> <br />Please be advised that on March 15, 2023, Nikolaus Arnusch, whose address and telephone number are <br />34527 WCR 6, Keenesburg, CO 80643; (720) 383-2051, filed an application for a/an Permit Conversion <br />(CN- 1) to M1981287, Arnusch Gravel Pit 3, which is located approximately 8 miles Southeast of <br />Keenesburg, Section 23, Township 1N, Range 63W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Weld County. <br /> <br />Convert from 110c to 112c Permit by adding 33.45 acres to the existing 9.8 acre permit for a total of 43.25 <br />permitted acres. <br /> <br />The application decision is scheduled for June 13, 2023. Written comments or objections to the application <br />may be submitted to and additional information obtained from Eric C. Scott at the Division of Reclamation, <br />Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (303) 866-3567 x <br />8140. <br /> <br />Nikolaus Arnusch is required to publish a public notice in a newspaper of general circulation in the locality of <br />the mining operation once per week for four consecutive weeks. If you wish to make comments on or <br />objections to the mine plan and/or the reclamation plan, they must be submitted within twenty (20) days of <br />the date of the last newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by the <br />Division. You should contact the applicant for the newspaper publication date. If we do not receive your <br />comments or any objection by the end of the public comment period, the Division will assume you have no <br />objection or comment to the proposed activity. <br /> <br />M-GR-03A-P
