(Tri-State), and the United States of <br /> America, Department of Energy, Western Area Power Administration (Western) and shall <br /> become effective on the date written above. <br /> WITNESSETH <br /> For mutual benefits and other good and valuable consideration, including the exchange of <br /> property in accordance with Contract No. 11-RMR-2247/TS-11-0020, Tri-State herein <br /> grants, assigns,transfers, conveys, and sets over without reservation and without warranty <br /> of title to Western the entire Prospect Valley—Sand Creek Tap 115-kV Transmission Line <br /> and all associated facilities and improvements, including, but not limited to: <br /> 1. Equipment transferring from Tri-State to Western: <br /> EQUIPMENT <br /> Approximately seven (7) miles of 115-kV line, including associated structures, equipment, etc., overhead <br /> round wire from Prospect Valley Substation to Sand Creek Tap <br /> One 115-kV gang operated switch No. 263(normally open)(formerly switch No. 1565)and one 115-kV <br /> manual gang operated grounding switch No. 260 (formerly switch No. 1570 <br /> One 115-kV switch support structure located at Sand Creek Tap- <br /> One 36' orange aerial marker ball on the overhead ground wire of the tap line near Sand Creek Tap- <br /> Any other equipment and structures not identified above that are a part of the Prospect Valley Substation <br /> to Sand Creek Tap 115-kV Transmission Line <br /> - This equipment is not part of the assets exchange; reference is only to clarify that Western is the <br /> owner of this equipment. <br />
