7. The Grantor shall have the right to cultivate, graze,use, occupy,and have access to and <br /> across the easement area described herein for any purposes which will not constitute a hazard to <br /> life or limb,or interfere with any of the rights and privileges herein granted to the Grantee. <br /> Unless written permission is granted by Grantee,Grantor shalf not erect or construct any building <br /> 1 or other structure(including mobile homes or travel trailers),or store flammable or explosive <br /> materials or stack hay or straw, or conduct fueling operations,or construct, install or operate <br /> above ground mechanical irrigation facilities which could make an electrical contact with the <br /> conductors, or drill wells or conduct mining operations,or appreciably alter the grade of the <br /> ground surface, within the right-of-way. Upon receipt of written notice from Grantee <br /> identifying material or property deemed by Grantee to interfere with the safe operation or <br /> maintenance of the line,Grantor,his/her/its successors,heirs or assigns shall remove the material <br /> or property within 10 days. If there is a failure to so remove the material within 10 days, <br /> Grantee, its agent, successors or assigns shall have the right to remove the materiar or property <br /> and collect the costs of such removal from Grantor,his/her/its successors or assigns. <br /> 8. Th2A Grantor his/her/its successors,,heirs or assigns,agrees that all structures,poles,wires <br /> and other facilities installed on the above-described lands at the Grantee's expense,shall remain <br /> the property of the Grantee, removable at the sole discretion of the Grantee;provided however, <br /> that any fences,gates culverts or ditches constructed by Grantee may be conveyed to Grantor on <br /> such terms and conditions and at such times as may be mutually agreed upon by Grantor and <br /> Grantee. <br /> 9. In the event the transmission line is removed and the right-of-way is permanently <br /> h, abandoned,this easement shall be terminated by a quit claim deed from Grantee, its successors <br /> and assigns, to Grantor,his/her/its heirs or assigns. Non-use or a limited use of this easement <br /> shall not prevent Grantee from thereafter making use of this easement to the full extent herein <br /> authorized. <br /> 10.
