Product Verification Methods: <br /> a. The operator is required to complete pre(corner pins and a vertical topographical photo map)and post <br /> (a vertical topographical photo map)surveys of National Forest System land,NFS,within the 26 acre <br /> permitted area to determine the total of in-bank material removed. <br /> b. The amount of material removed from NFS land that will be utilized as fill on site in support of the <br /> enhanced reclamation plan must be tracked and submitted to the Pikes Peak Ranger District on a <br /> monthly basis. <br /> II. Production Records: <br /> a. Truck Tickets: Castle Aggregates shall maintain copies of tally sheets of truck tickets all mineral <br /> material with origins from National Forest lands. <br /> b. Maintain a permanent record of truck tickets for the duration of the project. Records will be accessible <br /> for periodic review and inspection when requested by Forest Service Administrators. <br /> c. Fill dirt material will be accounted as: 2400 lbs./CY. 1 Ton=2000 lbs. <br /> Appraised rate for fill dirt is established at: $2.20 per ton or$2.62 per cubic yard. <br /> III. Operating Plan&Review: <br /> The Operating Plan will be open for review at anytime for modification and adjustment to reflect changes <br /> in the operation. <br />
