All review and comment periods as provided in the Colorado Surface Mining Reclamation Act and the Rules initiate from this date of filing. Oxbow Mining, LLC proposes to continue loadout coal mining and/or reclamation operations on land located approximately 4 miles Northeast of Paonia, Colorado. The permit area is further described as follows: Portions of Section 15, Township 13 South, Range 91 West of the 6th P.M. The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on the following USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle map(s): Bowie. Permit Renewal No. 8 proposes to renew the Terror Creek Loadout permit for another five year term. This renewal application does not propose revisions to the approved mining and reclamation plan, nor is there any proposed surface disturbance outside of the currently approved disturbance area.
