�l <br /> IHC SCOTT <br /> January 6, 2023 <br /> Colorado Department of Transportation <br /> 202 Centennial Drive <br /> Glenwood Springs, CO 81601 <br /> Re: Division of Mining, Reclamation and Safety Structure Agreement <br /> DRMS Application Permit No. M-2022-051 <br /> To Whom it May Concern, <br /> IHC Scott, Inc. currently has a pending application with the Colorado Division of Mining, <br /> Reclamation and Safety (DRMS) for a permit to conduct gravel extraction operations at <br /> the property located on State Highway 13, 17 miles north of Rifle, Colorado. DRMS <br /> requires we obtain structure agreements from owners of any permanent man-made <br /> structures contained on the area of affected land and/or within two hundred (200) feet <br /> of the affected mining land parcel. If our application is approved, and in the unlikely <br /> event that our operations damages any structures on neighboring properties, this <br /> agreement requires IHC Scott, Inc. to compensate the neighboring landowner for any <br /> damage.
