COLORADO <br /> Division of Reclamation, <br /> Mining and Safety <br /> Department of Natural Resources <br /> 27 February 2022 <br /> Miranda Kawcak <br /> Moffat County Mining,LLC <br /> 29515 Routt County Road#27 <br /> Oak Creek,CO 80467 <br /> RE: Williams Fork Mine Permit; C1981044 <br /> DRMS Review of 2022 Quarter 3 and Quarter 4 Discharge Monitoring Reports(DMRs) <br /> Dear Ms. Kawcak: <br /> Thank you for your submittal of the 2022 quarters three and 4 Discharge Monitoring Reports for <br /> the Williams Fork Mine. The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (The <br /> Division), has reviewed the above referenced report. The reports were received by The <br /> Division on 17 February 2023. The reports cover the time frame of July 2022 through <br /> September 2022 (Q3),and October 2022 through December 2022 for discharge required by the <br /> discharge permit. <br /> This report appears to comply with the applicable sections of Rule 4.05.13(2)(a)(111). <br /> No discharge from outfalls 003A, 022A, and 024A was recorded during quarters three or four. <br /> Chronic WET testing was required during Q4,however there was no discharge in Outfall 003. <br /> The Annual May 2022 Chronic WET testing was included in the report. No exceedances of <br /> water quality standards where identified in the Discharge Monitoring Report submitted. <br /> The Division has no further comments at this time. <br /> Best Regards, <br /> Robin Reilley,M.S.
