Box 620490 <br />Littleton, CO 80162-0490 <br /> <br />RE: Leadville Mill - File No. M-1990-057, <br /> Permit Conversion (CN-2) <br /> Conversion to 112(d) <br /> <br />Dear Nick Michael: <br /> <br />Your Permit Conversion application for the Leadville Mill 110d Hard Rock Reclamation Permit, which is <br />located in Lake County has been filed. All comment and review periods began on February 27, 2023, and a <br />decision date has been set for May 29, 2023. <br /> <br />Newspaper publication of a notice (published once a week for four consecutive weeks) regarding the <br />filing of your application and transmittal of a copy of the notice to all owners of record of surface and <br />mineral rights, holders of any recorded easements, and all owners of record of lands that are within 200 <br />feet of the boundary of the affected land is required within 10 days of submittal.
