Colorado Division roject of Reclamation, <br /> Mining & Safety <br /> NATIONAL 410 PROJECT <br /> Gilpin County, Colorado <br /> Permit No. P-1981-014— PO/Contract# OE-PKA-09-080 <br /> Project Location and Background Shaft 1 <br /> The National 410 Project site is located 0.5 miles south of R <br /> the Town of Central City in Gilpin County, Colorado. The <br /> site lies at the end of a private road with a gated entrance <br /> on the north side of Virginia Canyon Road west of the <br /> Central City Parkway overpass. This project consisted of ,, 'N''• ....,.. . 4iii <br /> securing two (2) shafts using a polyurethane foam closure -' ``'.'' <br /> without access. . <br /> Shaft 2 1 <br /> The purpose of this project was to reclaim a hard rock <br /> mine located on private land in accordance with the 07' <br /> approved mining and reclamation plan. The National 410 <br /> Prospecting Notice of Intent (NOI) was terminated and <br /> the bond was forfeited on July 22, 2004.
