Elam Construction completed site regrading as part of civil penalty obligation in Janurary <br /> 1999 and contractor Dirt-n-Iron completed revegetation, including seeding/mulching in February, 1999 Some bare areas on <br /> bench near highwall and other disturbed areas needing revegetation. <br /> BIDDING/CONSTRUCTION INFORMATION <br /> Reclamation work constructed as part of multiple Bond Forfeiture project called the Biscuit Rock awarded to RM2, LLC of <br /> Clifton, Colorado. The bid document included$2000.00 for bid items 4..0—Truck Stop Revegetation: $2000.00/acre for one <br /> acre. An ATV outfitted with a soil harrow was employed to scarify the areas to be reclaimed, <br /> The work included in the bid document required 1 acre of revegetation consisting of part of the access road and bench area <br /> below the original high wall reclamation, Another small area south of the highwall that had been disturbed was also <br /> reclaimed. Revegetation included 1)scarification with ATV and harrow, 2)hand spreading of native seed mixture and 3) <br /> application of 400 lbs/acre of organic fertilizer Biosol and 4) mulching with certified weed free mulch applied at a rate of 2 <br /> tons/acre <br /> Remaining Reclamation Requirements and Estimated Cost <br /> No additional Reclamation Requirements exist.
