This <br /> scope of work has been reviewed and approved by the U.S. Forest Service and the Division of <br /> Reclamation,Mining and Geology bond revocation specialist. <br /> Scope of Work <br /> 1) Mobilize and de-mobilize equipment to and from the site, approximately 2.5 miles up Ouray <br /> County Road 14. <br /> 2) Backfill the approximately 15 ft. wide x 20 ft. long by 5 ft. deep pit with the waste rock located <br /> immediately adjacent to opening. <br /> 3) If applicable, contour backfilled waste rock to approximate the slope of the adjacent hillside. <br /> 4) Place one large boulder, found on-site,near the road in the middle of the"driveway"accessing <br /> the pit location. <br /> 5) Place three large boulders, found on-site, in a staggered orientation along the path of the <br /> "driveway"accessing the pad located north of the pit. <br /> 6) Excavate four holes measuring app'oximately 1.5 ft. x 1.5 ft. for planting large shrubs,i.e.,one <br /> adjacent to each of the placed boulders. <br /> 7) A CAT 416 rubber tired backhoe wjill be used to complete the task. <br /> 8) DRMS will provide and plant the naive shrubs. <br /> 9) Pending DRMS approval of the paperwork,the tentative date for completing the work is July <br /> 30, 2008. U.S. Forest'Service perknnel and I will be on site to observe the mobilization/de- <br /> mobilization and construction.
