Colorado Inactive Mine Reclamation Program <br /> CLOSEOUT REPORT <br /> RIVERLAND PIT BOND FORFEITURE PROJECT <br /> Introduction: The Riverland Pit project was developed to complete the reclamation requirements that were not completed <br /> by the operator under their reclamation permit. The pre- <br /> reclamation conditions on the site included significant noxious weed infestations of Canada thistle, scentless chamomile, <br /> and yellow toadflax. The Bond was forfeited by the Mined Land Reclamation Board in February 2008.
