An exploration adit (15 feet wide and 10 feet high) was mined between 1987 and <br /> 1989. The Division revoked the permit and forfeited the bond in 1999 and CDRMS retained Conley Construction <br /> to backfill the adit in November, 2000. <br /> In 2013, personnel from Cripple Creek & Victor Mining Co. (CC&V) observed a crown hole above the backfilled <br /> portal area.
