This report was prepared to <br /> comply with with permits issued by Mesa County, the Bureau of Land Management ("BLM") <br /> and the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (the "DRMS"). The specific <br /> requirements for submission of this weed report are as follows: <br /> • Condition #6 of the Mesa County Conditional Use Permit ("Permit'). <br /> • The BLM Decision Record ("DR"), Attachment B. <br /> • The DRMS approved permit M-2007-044, Mine Plan ("Plan"), Exhibit T. <br /> The three aforementioned documents specify similar weed management activities be completed <br /> during mining operations and each of the three documents requires an annual report summarizing <br />
