EXHIBIT E
Reclamation Plan
A lined water storage reservoir is the final reclaimed use for the Loloff Pit. The majority of the
mining areas are reclaimed as a water storage reservoir. The remaining area within the
proposed permit boundary will consist of reservoir shoreline, access roads around the
reservoirs, and reclaimed hard surfaced areas.
Final Land Use Reclamation
Plan Area
acres
Reservoir Water Surface 46.00
Access Roads 3.17
Hard Surfaced Areas 5.13
Undisturbed Areas 0.87
TOTAL 55.17
All reservoir slopes were reclaimed to at least 31-1:1V final grade.
Reclamation Measures/Materials Handling
Backfilling and grading are completed to provide stabilized shorelines, hard surfaced areas, and
gravel access road around the reservoir.
Groundwater—Specific Requirements
The operation still maintains a Substitute Water Supply Plan (SWSP) and will do so for the next
7 years to make releases for the lagged depletions for the mining mitigation. The SWSP is
renewed annually with the Division of Water Resources. The Ogilvy Irrigating and Land
Company is providing part of the water for the SWSP and they also own the property and
storage at the Loloff Pit.
Reclamation —Approximate Time Table
The reclamation has been completed for the Loloff Pit. The pit is reclaimed as a water storage
reservoir that has a slurry wall liner that was leak tested and the Division of Water Resources
approved the results of the leak test that were within allowable ranges per the States guidelines
for lined gravel pit storage.
qm Loloff Construction,Inc.
J&T Consulting,Inc.
