3. Describe the estimated topsoil depth and how topsoil will be salvaged, stockpiled and <br /> redistributed for the re-establishment of vegetation. Specify approximate topsoil <br /> redistribution depth: <br /> Topsoil is approximately 10 inches in depth. Topsoil on affected areas will be stockpiled <br /> and saved for reclamation. Topsoil will be used to cap reclaimed sand. Redistribution <br /> depth will be the same depth as the topsoil removed, approximately 10 inches. <br /> 4.
