5. Describe proposed surface excavation or other land disturbance, including roads, pits,
trenches, waste piles, drill pads and collar areas of underground workings, ponds, etc.
AuPt Industries LLC would like to conduct exploration/prospecting activities on+/-560 acres of State Land Board land AuPt currently holds a 110-2 mining
permit with DRMS(permit#M2016081)and an exploration lease with the Colorado State Land Board on this prooerty(Exploration Permit NO EP-113980).
During this exploration,AuPt would like to use test pits to evaluate the placer material for heavy mineral sand and its composition
Our plan is to use a tracked 320 Caterpillar Excavator to create the test pits There will be a maximum of 27 test pits Total disturbance will be less than 1
wo +^pnt Fi,^t^ ny equipment to blade/build roads
Test pits will extend to between 15'-20'below the ground surface Topsoil will be removed and stockpiled next to the disturbance The test pits will be
seeded and imprinted in October We are estimating that the test pits will be 15-20'in depth, width, and length plus the area necessary to temporarily store
the excavated material with a maximum footprint of 1600 square foot per disturbance A maximum of 20 tons will be collected and moved off site for full
miners aria ysis.
----------------
All sample locations will be found on benches out of the washes and gulches
6. Proposed Disturbance (approximate) Describe the proposed drilling to be conducted,
including anticipated number of holes, diameter, depth, location, etc. Submit additional
pages if necessary:
A. Drill Pads:
Average Average
Quantity 0 Width (ft) Length (ft)
B. Drill Holes:
Diameter
Quantity Depth (ft) (in)
C.
