Hydrology Report CDRMS Section 2.05 6 of the permit requires MCM to submit the AHR <br /> filing frequency t regulation by March 30th each year.The Division received MCM s 2021 <br /> 4.05.13(4)(c) AHR on 5 May 2022 and the annual Stormwater Report on 9 <br /> Februa 2022. <br /> 2. Timely filing of March 30, Extension of submittal dates were requested by the operator <br /> hydrology report Section 2.05.6 of and granted by DRMS. <br /> the permit. <br /> 3. Filing frequency of NPDES permit Throughout 202I filing frequency dates were not met. <br /> NPDES Discharge CO-0034142 <br /> Monitoring Reports <br /> 4. Timely filing of Inadequate,at a minimum a correspondence to DRMS of no <br /> Discharge NPDES permit discharge is required All filing dates do not appear to have been <br /> Monitoring Reports CO-0034142 met. The Division received Q1 in July 2021, Q2 and Q3, in <br /> December of 2021. <br /> Two gaging stations one each on the Yampa and he Williams <br /> for Rivers WF1 and WF2 measure flow. Three NPDES <br /> discharge points are regularly monitored, comprised of two <br /> outfalls on the Williams Fork River(WF 1,003 and; WF2,024), <br /> 5. NPDES outfall NPDES permit and one spring(1 SP). It appears from the AHR that frequency <br /> sampling frequency CO-0034142 for sampling was complied with. Point 9022 (1SP),is a spring <br /> that flows sporadically during spring snow melt,March through <br /> June. <br /> Table 20 indicates water year monitoring data for the spring. <br /> The spring was sampled on a bi weekly basis. Monthly <br /> sampling occurred as required for other outfalls. <br /> 6. Parameters to be NPDES permit Annual,quarterly and monthly sampling occurred as per Table <br /> sampled for NPDES CO-0034142 3B and Table 4 respectively at outfalls 003, 022 and 024. <br /> Reporting <br /> Page 1 <br />
