S. Describe proposed surface excavation or other land disturbance, including roads, pits,
trenches, waste piles, drill pads and collar areas of underground workings, ponds, etc.
Small scale, intermittent underground sampling for tourmaline and lepidolite. Access
using existing dirt roads. Existing underground exposure will be sampled using battery
drill, wedges, and hammer. No new surface disturbance. There will be removal of small
dirt pile blocking access gate into mine. This dirt will be stored next to gate and placed
h;ir-k in front of gate at end of exploration program to sec-- - . - Goss.
6. Described proposed underground work, including reopening of old workings,
advancement of adits or shafts, trenches, pits, cuts, rock dumps, or other types of
disturbance, describe type, quantity and general dimensions:
Dirt blocking gate to mine will be removed and stored beside gate to gain access to
existing underground. The same dirt will be moved back in front of gate at end of
exploration to secure mine access. Samples of existing pegmatite exposures inside min__e
will be collected using battery powered drill, wedges and hammers.
