EXHIBIT J
Vegetation Information
Per the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment conducted by WSP on behalf of Korwell Land Holdings
LLC,the following attachments provide information on vegetation and soil conditions collected in July of
2021.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture Natural Resources Soil Conservation Service indicates that the
surficial soils at the Property are classified as Loup-Boel loamy sands,Valent sand, and Vona loamy sand.
The unconsolidated Quaternary sediments underlying the Property consists of Quaternary-age eolian
deposits.
The vegetation on site is limited to low shrubs with sparse areas of native grass. Photos have been
provided by WSP showing general vegetation on the site, as well as the identification of a detention
pond located on the southeast corner of the property and a diversion ditch on the northern portion. The
Platte Valley Ditch is located south of the Property and flows east. Based on the topography of the
Property groundwater flow is presumed to flow north. The estimated yield of the croplands post
reclamation is anticipated to be approximately 1.5 tons of hay per acre.
BASELINE Korwell Land Holdings, LLC
Korwell Soils Mine
Engineering Planning Surveying
DRMS 112 Permit Application
1
