A digital copy can also be provided. <br /> 26. 6.4.19 Exhibit S — Permanent Man-made Structures: Please provide the division with <br /> copies of all signed structure agreements with the owners of permanent man-made structures <br /> within 200 feet of the proposed affected area boundary. <br /> Response: All structure owners were mailed a certified letter in October notifying them of the <br /> project. No owners reached out with concerns. After receiving the adequacy review letter all <br /> structures owners were called to discuss structures agreements.
