Grazing will not occur until revegetation has been established. <br /> (5)ASCI will employ appropriate techniques of site preparation to ensure a diverse and <br /> long-lasting vegetative cover(e.g., discing, crimping, ripping,mowing, mulching, soil <br /> amendments, cover crops, and/or fertilizers). <br /> (6) ASCI will monitor progress of revegetation and implement weed control practices <br /> as appropriate for any areas infested by noxious weed species. <br /> (7) As necessary, temporary dirt access roads and/or fire lanes will be constructed <br /> through areas to be planted for planting crews, supervision, and inspection. <br /> (8)ASCI will implement final reclamation planting after all other uses of the property <br /> are complete. <br /> (9) If adverse characteristics of the surface, not feasibly remedied by artificial <br /> measures, would seriously inhibit plant growth, planting may be delayed depending <br /> upon natural corrective processes over a ten-year period. <br /> 3.1.11 Buildings and Structures 116(4)(r): No building or structures are anticipated to be left <br /> on-site or constructed as part of the reclamation plan. <br /> 3.1.12 Signs and Markers: <br /> (1) Throughout the reclamation process, ASCI will maintain a sign at the entrance to <br /> the facility and clearly visible from the road with the following information: 1)Name <br /> of Operator; 2) Statement that a reclamation permit has been issued by the MLRB; and <br /> 3) Permit Number. <br /> (2) Throughout the reclamation process, ASCI will maintain monuments/markers <br /> clearly identifying the affected area boundaries <br /> (3)No alternative plan for identifying affected area boundaries is anticipated. <br /> 3.1.13 Spill Reporting: ASCI will notify DRMS of any toxic or hazardous substance spills, <br /> including spills of petroleum products, within the permit area that would also be <br /> required to be reported to Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment <br /> (CDPHE) or other federal, state, and/or local government agency. <br /> (1) ASCI will notify DRMS within 24-hours from when any spill is reported to other <br /> agency(ies)with authority over the spill. <br /> (2) ASCI will include any relevant information known at the time to assist DRMS in <br /> assessing the seriousness of spill impacts. <br />
