A complete transcript of the hearing held before the Board on August 17, 2022 as <br /> described in RFES' petition for judicial review of agency action. <br /> 6. The Board's September 1, 2022 Order—issued for File Nos. M-2020-044 and MV- <br /> 2022-012—that is subject of RFES' petition for judicial review of agency action. <br /> 7. All other documents and information required to be in the certified record under <br /> Colo. Rev. Stat. § 24-4-106(6)and any other applicable law. <br /> RFES requests that Defendants prepare and certify the record consistent with the <br /> requirements of Colo. Rev.
