If yes,please describe: <br /> 9) (Optional) Please provide additional information about the Mining Plan: <br /> The irrigation pond will be excavated at 3:1 slopes to a bottom elevation of 4752.The highest <br /> anticipated groundwater level of elevation 4750 was found during excavation of exploratory test <br /> pits on the site. J-2 commits to remaining a minimum of 2 feet above this highest anticipated <br /> groundwater elevation during the mining operation. The application rates shown will e <br /> doubled ecause the seed will be broadcast. <br /> and stri-10--ral fill. The secondary Gommodity to he mined is overhurden, to be used for inert fill- <br /> Equipment that will be used during the mining include dozers, loaders, moto grader, trunks, and <br /> scrapers. <br />
