Compliance With Mine Plan N - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> N - Other N - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> N -Processing Waste R -Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This was a partial inspection by the Coloroado Division of Reclamation,Mining and Safety(Division)of the <br /> Colowyo Mine conducted by Zach Trujillo of the Division on January 19,2023.Tom Fry representing Colowyo <br /> Coal Company(Colowyo)accompained the inspection. The weather during the inspection was clear with snow <br /> covered ground conditions of around 1+feet due to snowfall prior to the inspection. Temperatures during the <br /> inspection were around 15 degrees fahrenheit. Due to adverse ground conditions, access was limited to primary <br /> haul routes within the mine. <br /> EXPLOSIVES—Rule 4.08 <br /> Distance Prohibitions 4.08.4; Warnings 4.08.4;Control of Adverse Effects 4.08.4: <br /> Drill holes for a potential future blast were observed within the Little Collom Gulch along the old highwall miner <br /> bench along the eastern side of the drainage.The holes were drilled but there were not loaded for a blast. <br /> A blast was schedule in the South Taylor Pit but did not occur during the inspection. <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year. 5 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year. 2 <br /> Page 2 of 5 <br />
