<br /> Since the Midterm Review was completed by the Division on October 3, 2019, BRL has submitted six
<br /> minor revisions and four technical revisions.
<br /> Minor Revision No. 201 was received on September 24,2019 and approved and issued on October 2,2019.
<br /> The revision updated the hydrology model for a portion of the East Diversion Ditch.
<br /> Minor Revision No. 202 was received on October 8, 2019 and approved and issued on October 23, 2019.
<br /> The revision updated the Probable Hydrologic Consequences (PHQ for Ponds B and C.
<br /> Minor Revision No. 203 was received on January 27, 2020 and approved and issued on April 14, 2020.
<br /> The revision entailed miscellaneous responses to the Midterm Review
<br /> Minor Revision No. 204 was received on April 15,2021 and approved and issued on April 27, 2021. The
<br /> revision updated requirements for the coverfill survey.
<br /> Minor Revision No. 205 was received on October 13, 2021 and is in the adequacy process. This revision
<br /> proposes an update to ownership and control information.
<br /> Minor Revision No. 206 was received on October 13,2021 and approved and issued on October 25, 2021.
<br /> The revision changed a culvert to a riprap channel.
<br /> Technical Revision No. 120 was received on September 17,2019;approved on October 8,2019; and issued
<br /> on October 29,2019. The revision revised the Probable Hydrologic Consequences for Pond D.
<br /> Technical Revision No. 121 was received on September 24, 2019; approved on April 16,2020; and issued
<br /> on May 5, 2020. The revision reduced the groundwater monitoring frequency.
<br /> Technical Revision No. 122 was received on November 18,2020;approved on February 8,2021;and issued
<br /> on March 1,2021. The revision changed the design for ditches and an underdrain near Gob Pile No. 3.
<br /> Technical Revision No. 123 was received on March 9, 2022 and is currently under review by the Division.
<br /> This revision proposes to revise Map 28, which is related to portal seals.
