It is constructed the same as the garage/shed outbuilding, clad in horizontal wood siding(abutted rather than lapped or joined planks). In contrast, the off-center door,facing the farm complex, is made of vertical planks. The north fagade has a tiny square unglazed vent window centered in its upper portion. The shed roof on the outhouse appears to have been replaced. The outhouse is set over an open, oversized hole that appears to have been dug in recent years and the structure moved over it and,without deposition,would not have further archaeological potential.
