The rectangular end-gabled single-bay garage is wood framed, like the house. However, its siding appears to be the original wood planks, and its wood roof shingles also remain. It has a double- entry door of vertical wood planks on its front fagade(south). The rear(north)of the garage is composed of concrete blocks where it is built into the earth slope behind it. The concrete blocks have triangular support sections flaring from the base where the garage faces the slope. In front of the garage is a new, prefabricated garden shed, constructed to look like a small red barn. Similarly, a new small red barn—style chicken coop is located on the east side of the house.
