ERC Fairmeadows Site
Aquatic Resource Delineation Report
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This report summarizes the delineation of aquatic resources completed by Ecological Resource
Consultants, Inc. (ERC) for the Fairmeadows site (survey area). ERC conducted a formal routine onsite
delineation of aquatic resources within the approximately 86.0-acre survey area located in the City of
Greeley,Weld County, Colorado on September 14, 2022. No aquatic resources were identified within the
survey area.A small depression in the northwest corner of the survey area was vegetated with hydrophytic
species but lacked hydric soil or hydrology indicators. The USGS topographic map depicts an intermittent
stream and wetlands in the southeastern portion of the survey area. This area was investigated during the
site visit and was determined to be comprised of a dry, upland agricultural field.
All areas that have been investigated in the field are mapped on the enclosed Aquatic Resource Delineation
Map(Appendix A).
