We hope this information answers <br /> your questions fully and this revised application and materials meet the rules and <br /> regulations completely. <br /> Garfield County Land Use Permitting Revisions <br /> As communicated in our October 4, 2022, email to you (08:38 AM) from Chris Hurley, <br /> the Garfield County Land Use Permitting process required modifications to the Land <br /> Use Change Permit Application. We have updated the following items to maintain <br /> consistency with the DRMS 112 Permit and the Garfield County Land Use Permit: <br /> 1. Site Plan Revisions (Included in Attachment A of the DRMS Permit document <br /> attached to the Permit Application) <br /> a. Revised site plans to show the standard 35 ft. waterbody setback from <br /> all wetland areas. <br /> b. Revised site plan to show the standard 100 ft. industrial use setback <br /> from all property lines. <br /> Attachment A includes a set of drawings that depict information required as part <br /> of this DRMS 112 Permit, the Garfield County Land Use Permit, and other <br /> regulatory information. Note some information included in these drawings is <br /> specific to the requirements of Garfield County and other permitting agencies, in <br /> addition to the DRMS permit requirements. <br /> An Equal Opportunity Employer <br />
