DECEMBER 13, 2022 1 <br />Dear Mr. Richmond and Commissioners, <br />On behalf of Sunrise Minerals Inc. (Sunrise), SRK Consulting (U.S.), Inc. (SRK) is notifying the Board <br />of County Commissioners for Montrose County Colorado that a Notice of Intent to Conduct Prospecting <br />Operations for the REX Project has been submitted to the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining <br />and Safety (DRMS). <br />The REX Project is located in Montrose County, Colorado on public land managed by the U.S. <br />Department of the Interior Bureau of Land Management Uncompahgre Field Office. All non-confidential <br />information regarding the proposed prospecting operations will be available or review at the DRMS <br />website. <br />As required by Montrose County zoning regulations, a request for access will be submitted and fees <br />paid to access the public land managed by the Bureau of Land Management via Road W19 in Spring <br />2023.
