<br /> <br />Notice of Intent to Conduct Prospecting Operations for the REX Project in Montrose County, Colorado <br /> <br />SRK CONSULTING (U.S.), INC. DECEMBER 13, 2022 1 <br />Dear Mr. Beresford, <br />On behalf of Sunrise Minerals Inc. (Sunrise), SRK Consulting (U.S.), Inc. (SRK) submits the enclosed <br />Notice of Intent to Conduct Prospecting Operations (Notice) for the REX Project located in Montrose <br />County Colorado. The attached documents have been submitted to the Colorado Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DRMS). <br />Sunrise proposes to conduct an exploration drilling program for the REX Project. The application <br />submitted to the DRMS is in Attachment 1. Supporting documents include the following: <br /> Figures <br /> Drill Site Coordinates <br /> List of Claims <br /> Disturbance Calculations <br /> Photographs <br /> West Side Seed <br />The proposed exploration drilling program for the REX Project is in an area that has had prior mining <br />and exploration for several decades. Most access roads are existing are passable without <br />improvement. In many locations the road is on bedrock. Areas of existing roads that will require <br />improvement are noted on the figures. Proposed drill pads and a laydown area will be adjacent to <br />roads whether existing or proposed.
