6.4.9 Exhibit I <br /> Soils Information <br /> A Custom Soil Resource Report for Prowers County, specific to this site, is attached for <br /> review. The site is made up of mostly Rocky Ford, clay substratum and clay loam, as well as Las <br /> clay loam. <br /> The Rocky Ford series consists of deep and well-drained soils that formed in alluvium. <br /> Slopes range from 0 to 6 percent. The mean annual temperature is 52 degrees Fahrenheit, and <br /> the mean precipitation is 12 inches. The soils are moist in some part from March through <br /> October and at its driest from December through February. <br />
