<br /> <br />December 19, 2022 <br /> <br />Jason Burkey <br />Oldcastle SW Group, Inc. dba United Companies of Mesa County <br />2273 River Road <br />Grand Junction, CO 81502 <br /> <br />RE: Otter Creek Pit - File No. M-2012-050, <br /> Acreage Release Request Application (AR-1) <br /> Release 12 ac in NW corner <br /> <br />Dear Jason Burkey: <br /> <br />On December 19, 2022, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety received your 112c Construction <br />Materials Reclamation Permit Acreage Release Request application for the Otter Creek Pit, which is <br />located in Mesa County. Preliminary review of the information received determined that the following <br />additional information must be received before the Division can consider your application complete and <br />technical review can begin. Thus, your application is incomplete for the purposes of filing as of December <br />19, 2022. <br /> <br />Per Rule 4.17.1 (2) –Please provide the Name, Address and Phone numbers for all owners of record of the <br />affected land. <br /> <br />Also please clarify if land requesting to be released is undistrubed, or if it has been reclamied per the <br />approved reclamation plan. <br /> <br />You have thirty (30) days from December 19, 2022 to submit all necessary documents that the Division needs <br />for the application to be considered filed.
