<br />1) The phased reclamation plan allows for excavation and mining to take place on a maximum of 25, acres. Grading of topsoil, soil amendments and
<br />reclamation seeding will follow and may impact a maximum of 50 acres.
<br />2) Placement and grading top soil, top soil testing, soil amendments and reclamation seeding will follow release of the mine and backfill operations
<br />bonding.
<br />3) Phase 1 - Commercial reclamation bond should beheld for duration of the mining project. The only excavation in phase 1 is striping and stockpiling
<br />Of some topsoil, excavation of the wash plant settling ponds ±2.4 Acres, and wash plant ditches. No other mining will occur in Phase 1. Total
<br />Commercial Affected Area (Phase 1) is 41.5 acres and includes the ditch buffer, settling ponds, truck scales, office, asphalt hot plant and aggregate
<br />wash plant.
<br />4) The phase 1 commercial area reclamation bond should be maintained for the duration of the project. The 2.4 acres settling pond excavation is not
<br />included in the 25 acre maximum excavation and backfill commitment.
<br />S) For the mining and backfill portion of the reclarnatton bond; for phases 2r through 5, the maximum mining and backfill operation disturbance area is
<br />25 acres. Two phases of mining and backfill may be disturbed at the same time, provided the total area is equal to or less than 2.5 acres.
