and exhibits for M2021-067. Per your direction this response is being submitted without a complete set
of 5 consecutive quarters of data for both ground water levels and groundwater quality.We anticipate
the completion of the fifth quarter of our water sampling program by March 2023.The report and
dewatering pre-operational data to be submitted no later than May 2023.
