"CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION" <br />INTRODUCTION <br />• GEX currently holds Federal Lease No. C-01538 consisting of 2560 acres located <br />in the Palisade Coal District, Mesa County, Colorado. <br />• <br />0 <br />Included in Federal Lease No. C-01538 is approximately 220.8 acres of old <br />workings, last mined in 1969 (Cameo Mine). <br />The Cameo "B" seam is the major mineable reserve in the area. This seam has <br />been extensively mined in the area and further development is planned by various <br />concerns. The CAmeo "B" seam dips 5% in a N 300 E direction. <br />The Cameo "C" seam has not been mined in or near the lease area. No future <br />mining of the "C" seam is planned in the lease. The "C" seam dips 4% in a N 30' E <br />direction. <br />LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION <br />The lease is located 4 miles northeast of Palisade, Colorado at the Cameo Exit <br />on I-70.
