Exhibit G has <br /> been included in the appendices of the Groundwater Model Report and language has been added in <br /> the conclusions stating that the operator will comply with the Groundwater Level Monitoring and <br /> Mitigation plan. <br /> There is no section in Exhibit D—Mining Plan that references groundwater monitoring or well owner <br /> complaints,all of this information is contained in Exhibit G,specifically the Groundwater Level <br /> Monitoring and Mitigation Plan. <br /> 5.
