(Loloff) is the permittee for a property that the Ogilvy <br /> Irrigating and Land Company purchased for water storage. We understand that <br /> Loloff has met with you and discussed the remaining seeding that was proposed in <br /> the existing reclamation plan. Our operations folks also discussed this with Kelly <br /> Hodge and we would like to provide information to you about how our operations <br /> around the reservoir for shoreline maintenance will end up ultimately removing <br /> this area of seeding and vegetation. <br /> During the remainder of this year and the first quarter of 2023 we will be <br /> maintaining the slopes of the reservoir by re-grading areas where erosion occurred <br /> during the 2022 water year.
