Compliance With Mine Plan N - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> N -Other N - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> N -Processing Waste N -Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This report documents the observations made during a partial inspection of the Roadside Portals <br /> Mine conducted on November 29, 2022. The inspection was completed by Clayton Wein of the <br /> Division. Tonya Hammond represented Snowcap Coal Company during the inspection. The <br /> weather was clear and breezy, with a temperature of 35 degrees F. The ground was covered in a <br /> couple of inches of snow. <br /> RECLAMATION SUCCESS -Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br /> The reclaimed 0.4 acres of disturbance at the roadside mine were inspected. The site was covered with <br /> snow during the inspection (Photos 1, 2 and 3). There were no indications of erosional features or concerns of <br /> instability identified. The disturbed area boundary markers were intact and each marker was in a clearly marked <br /> location. The mine identification sign was displayed on one of the southern boundary markers at the site. The <br /> sign displayed all of the required information about the permit,the permittee and the Division.
