Pursuant to Rule 1.6.2(1)(b)the applicant shall post notice of the application at the location of <br /> the proposed mine site prior to submitting the application.Your application contained a <br /> certification of posting notice,but the certification was not signed.Please submit proof to the <br /> Division that notice of the application has been posted at the site. You can submit either a signed <br /> copy of the certification or,alternatively,submit a photo of the notice posted at the site. <br /> The application cannot be filed until all information listed above is received and found sufficient to begin <br /> our review.Please submit all necessary documents in order to address the above listed deficiencies within <br /> sixty days.
